Special Messages:
- The customer can choose to have their special message written in either; black biro, or a black ‘Sharpie’ permanent marker. All Author signage will be done in permanent marker on the inside cover of the book unless specified otherwise.
- Should you wish for your booked to be shipped ‘unmarked’ (without signage or a greeting), please stipulate this in the comments box during check-out.
- Any other special requests in the form of greetings should be left in the ‘greetings’ section upon check-out.
Refund Policy:
I am more than happy to honour a refund if your item has been damaged (in post), or lost in transit. Please contact me directly should anything of this nature occur. Careful steps and consideration have been carried out to ensure your book/s arrive safely. We have sourced a durable custom card protector to accompany your purchase inside the satchel which stops the book from bending. We have also notified the post officer delivering your item/s of their importance by placing a ‘do not bend’ stamp on the front of the parcel.
If you have requested a special message and for some reason it isn’t as per your entry, I am happy to entertain this on a case by case basis at your discretion.
